Sliver Moon Winery Part 2

Hello again everyone,

We said we had some more pictures of Silver Moon Winery, and here you go Part 2.  We have already planned a return trip this summer and can't wait to get some more great shots.  So please enjoy.

Yes that last picture is Chocolate covered bacon!  And it is good, we had it with a glass of their Pinot Noir, and we wanted more.

Needless to say we can't wait to get back to Silver Moon later this summer, and sitting outside on their patio sampling some some of their finest.

Josh and Nicole's Wedding

Good evening everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving,

Nikki and I got engaged over the Holiday season and we were in the reminiscing  today.  We got engaged 16 years ago while I was working down in Amelia Island. Nikki came down for a visit over her Christmas Break, and I popped the question.  

Since we were in the wedding mood, we thought we'd post a few pictures today from Nikki's cousins wedding that we attended last month.  Hope you enjoy!

We had a great time, and it was a lot fun seeing the family for the festivities.

Sliver Moon Winery

Hello again everyone, 

Our latest entry comes to you as we are enjoying an early dinner of wine and cheese while listening to our favorite Classical Music station WFMT.  Last month we went out to Lake Carroll, IL for Nikki's cousin's wedding and after the Sunday brunch we went to a winery down the road.  Silver Moon Winery was so much more than we expected.  When we opened up the front door we found ourselves walking through what appeared to be a large wine barrel.  We sat down and had a great tasting. They just kept bringing out more and more amazing things to try.  I never thought chocolate covered bacon would go well with wine, but boy was I wrong.   Here is just a tasting of what we enjoyed that afternoon, get it tasting.  If you are ever in the area you should really stop by.

Crawfordsville Indiana - Covered Bridges and Civil War Cemeteries

Hello again everyone, 

I know it has been a long time since our last entry, but it has been a crazy couple of months.  Needless to say, we have a lot of catching up to do.  Over the coming Winter months, we are going to be very hermit like, so we will be able to do a lot of uploading.  Appleton Wisconsin, a wedding at Lake Carrol Illinois, good shots from the Hilton Hotel, and a bunch of other places, so stay tuned, and we hope you like we have done, 

This entry is devoted to our Anniversary getaway.  We went to Crawfordsville, IN and then to the surrounding area to see some of the covered bridges, and Civil war cemeteries.  We had a great time, and here are just a few of the pictures we took.  Enjoy,

Oh, I forgot to mention, we did see an abandoned Haunted Hospital. Very cool, more picts to follow.

These were only nine of the 900+ pictures we took.  I promise we will come back and add more pictures after we upload some of the other trips and projects we have done this summer.
